Online Store Policies

All photographs are limited editions printed in sets of (10) ten. Each photograph is made to order. Because we want to ensure you receive a quality product, your order can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Orders are sent via insured priority mail. Please let us know if you have special shipping instructions.

All other products will ship within 7-10 business days.

Returns

Returns must be made within 21 days of shipment. Cosmos Design does not refund initial shipping charges, and or any charges incurred for returns and exchanges. A restock fee may be added. Cosmos Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to Cosmos Design. Once the return/exchange is complete your credit card will be reimbursed within one billing cycle.
